Construction Management
As construction manager, LVSchell Construction Management Services Ltd. will begin providing valuable services immediately from the design phase, working alongside the owner and design consultants to offer valuable construction input at this early stage. By extending these services from the beginning of a project, we can provide the opportunity to the client to see overall cost savings due to more accurate budgeting and scheduling from the start. Once design and project planning are complete, we will oversee and manage tendering of sub-trades, construction schedules, job costing and site management. The client will have assurance of success throughout the process, by being apprised of progress updates, scheduling and cost information.
