As construction manager, LVSchell Construction Management Services Ltd. will begin providing valuable services immediately from the design phase, working alongside the owner and design consultants to offer valuable construction input at this early stage. Once design and project planning are complete, we will oversee and manage tendering of sub-trades, construction schedules, job costing and site management.
